Located as the northwestern anchor to Pueblo’s Historic Arkansas Riverwalk Project (HARP), this warehouse was acquired with the intent to be re-developed in a way that benefits the community. The current intent is to work with the city and convert it into a high-function, multi-use recreation center. Our designs have been influence by the nearby Riverwalk, the building’s 200 foot-long interior wooden trusses, and its gently curved roof. The project hopes to enhance and interact with the heavy foot-traffic of the Riverwalk while promoting a healthier lifestyle. We have been proud to be working with Kendall Curtis at Coldwell Banker and are working to move this project forward in the near future.
