Ewise

eWise, an international technology firm, recently decided to make Denver its International Headquarters. Their brokers at Rare Space, led on this project by Tom Grotewold, tapped Venture to help design their new office space. They wanted to move to a new location in the 4600 South Syracuse Street Building because they wanted a dynamic space that met a fast paced culture of their business. Connecting with property management team at Cushman Wakefield and with I2 Construction, we were able to see through this modest budget, high value design to completion. Largely focused around a large kitchen meeting space with high-top seating, the design creates an effective and fun place for them to office, meet, and effectively grow the company for the next several years.
