Case Plow Building
This adaptive, mixed, re-use project rejuvenated a 110 year old building, allowing it to be transformed into retail, restaurant, and loft spaces. Made possible by federal and state historic tax credits and new market tax credits, this mixed-use project reveals the building’s original integrity while breathing new life into its soul, repositioning it for another 100 years of successful use. The project is currently preparing for the next phase of development, which is largely driven by its new tenants. This successful adaptation, including attentive restoration details and innovative infrastructure design, welcomes the foot traffic along the highly successful Bricktown Canal.
