This remodel in Country Club involved working carefully with the client to address several design and technical issues on their complete overhaul of the entire home, but paying particular attention to their existing second floor pop-top. The family needed to improve the existing second floor addition, which had been failing for many years. The owner’s design goals were also impacted by the preservation requirements associated with the historic district where this home lives. We helped them sort out remodeling activities and direction for the exterior design. Our firm’s partners also assisted with the exterior design, its proportions, and its complicated life through the city’s regulatory review processes.
