Pennsylvania Avenue Residence

For this 3-story Victorian, the client had a clear vision of what they wanted to achieve for heir family. Taking their experiences and having revealed all that the existing structure offered, our design and consultation enabled our client to innovatively restore the home’s character and breath fresh life into it. Despite a proportionally modest budget, the home has been re-positioned for a meaningful life in the 21st Century with proper respect paid to its past. It now carefully blends formal and private spaces; including a sensitively updated kitchen and baths. It will be a wonderful for this great, young family to connect and experience their life together.
