Process Blog: The Five Phases of Design

Here at Venture, we believe there are five phases of the design process and the descriptions below will help to define them. Over the next few weeks we will update the "Process Blog" and you can expect us to further expand on each phase of our design process. While each phase is unique, there tends to be a lot of overlap between them. When you hire Venture Architecture, you can expect to spend time in each phase, but be aware that we may have to revisit the schematic design or pre-design phases if a large change occurs or is required. Colorado Ranks 1st Among States for LEED!

A report recently released by the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) has ranked Colorado first among the fifty states for the amount of newly certified LEED-certified space per capita. Colorado leads the states with 2.74 square feet of LEED space per person, while second place Virginia has 2.69. Comments
