You read that correctly, the above photo is a chocolate model with a photoshopped sky. Obviously a chocolate model wouldn't last very long in the hot Central American sun. Anyway, what you are looking at isn't merely a small, yummy piece of chocolate with a sunny backdrop. It is, in fact, an 18,239 pound yummy piece of chocolate with a sunny back drop.
The model, made by top chef Francois Mellet and M.O.F. Stephane Treand, was commissioned by Qzina Specialty Foods to celebrate their 30th anniversary. The model is a new world record, beating the last record by almost 11,000 pounds.
