     After the Schematic Design’s approval, Venture will begin to develop the technical architectural documents. These will include floor plans, building sections and elevations, as well as some black and white renderings. The goal of this phase is to identify the technical direction of the project and to resolve the main technical issues posed by the design. This phase will also include basic and preliminary interior design details to be coordinated either through a separate interior design phase agreement with Venture Architecture or with an additional consultant or consultants.  Read More...

Schematic Design, the next step in our Process Blog, is critical in establishing the final design of the project. Here at Venture, we believe there are five phases of the design process and the descriptions below will help to define them. Over the next few weeks we will update the "Process Blog" and you can expect us to further expand on each phase of our design process. While each phase is unique, there tends to be a lot of overlap between them.
